Am I risking too much?

Hello all!
How are you today?

A thought came to my mind today...
Some people ask me why can't I stay quiet and have a "stable" life, all fair questions.
Some people tell me "You're risking too much, you can lose money! You can lose your job! Don't do that!".

To those people I say "Waiting for a miracle, doing nothing, that's risking! I can lose my whole life!"

See you later.

Cheers,
Diogo

  3. Risk is a part of life and no risk no gain :) I read it as soon as I got back to Portugal, as you can see.

  6. Dude, are you still alive out there in that british jungle? It's nice to "hear" that everything is alright with you!

About your "battle" with risk, you should remember a portuguese sayng that states something like: only the ones who risk can get something from his/her life. However one must measure what was To win and what has To loose as a consequence of each decision taken.

Resuming, risk carefully, which the same as thinking if that's exactly what you want To do before doing it. If it is GO FOR IT!

    Keep on going dude!

  7. Hi everyone!
    Thanks for the comments ;)

Yes, I'm still in Cambridge and you're right :)
I do think the most difficult part is actually knowing what we want :) specially when there's too many options hehe.
As someone said before "The biggest battle is against our own self!". In the end, truth is, no one really knows what they're doing (although some might think they do in the present time) and that's the funny part of life, living it! :)

    Cheers everyone!
